These terms apply to eastfrontier.com and intelligence.eastfrontier.com (together, “EastFrontier”). By using EastFrontier, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are
EastFrontier is operated by Vantage Analytica Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202034236C). “We” and “us” in these terms mean EastFrontier and Vantage Analytica.
Using EastFrontier
You can read EastFrontier stories and browse EF Intelligence without an account. You may use what you find for your own information and in your professional work, within the limits below.
Accounts
A free account lets you follow organizations and model lines and choose which emails you receive. You need to give a valid email address and keep your password safe. An account is for one person; please do not share it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Our content and how you may use it
We own the copyright in EastFrontier stories, analysis, databases, charts and design, unless stated otherwise. You may:
- read and share links to any page;
- quote short excerpts with credit to EastFrontier and a link to the page;
- use the “cite this page” references and credited chart images in research, reports and media, keeping the credit.
Without our written permission, you may not:
- republish whole stories or substantial parts of them;
- copy, scrape or download content or data in bulk, by automated means or otherwise (our RSS feeds are the exception, for personal reading);
- use our content or data to train or fine-tune AI models, or to build a competing product or database;
- remove or alter credits, source links or copyright notices.

Paid plans
Paid EF Intelligence plans are governed by the order form and license terms agreed with your organization. Where those terms differ from these, they take precedence.
Acceptable use
Do not try to get around access controls, disrupt the site, probe it for weaknesses, or access it in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.
Third-party content and links
Stories link to the sources we use. We are not responsible for the content of other websites.
No advice, and limits on our liability
EastFrontier provides information, not investment, legal or other professional advice; see our Disclaimer. We work to keep our content accurate and up to date, but it is provided “as is”, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of EastFrontier. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you have not paid us.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes, we will tell account holders by email.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
